Monash/National Centre for Language Training courses19 October 2005 Monash University is a consortium partner of the National Centre for Language Training (NCLT) which has received DEST start up funding to run language and cultural training courses for Australian companies with the aim of improving Australia 's trade performance. DEST requires NCLT to prioritise training focused on the Middle East, China and India. Monash-NCLT is running language and business culture courses on China and is developing business culture courses on India. We are now seeking to do the same for the Middle East and are therefore seeking expertise within Monash to advise and/or contribute to such courses. If you have any experience of researching, working or living in any Middle East country and would be interested in finding out more please contact Sally Staddon, Monash-NCLT convenor, School of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics, Faculty of Arts by emailing sally.staddon@arts.monash.edu.au. To find out more about Monash-NCLT's courses on India and China also contact Sally Staddon. |
