'The Psychology of Veganism', by Prema Jansen

Prema Jansen began his professional life as a Catholic priest in the USA in 1968, and has a Master's degree in counselling. He then trained at the C. G. Jung Institute in Zurich before moving to Sydney where he worked as an analyst for 7 years, was President of the Jung Society for 3 years, worked at the Sacred Heart Hospice for the Dying for 3 years and conducted many workshops throughout Australia. In 1983 Prema co-founded the Living Water Centre in the Blue Mountains , offering a residential training program in Applied Jungian Psychology. Prema moved to Western Australia in 1989, and worked in several government agencies as a counsellor and family therapist.
