Parents and their adolescents needed for a Monash research study21 September 2005 Participants needed: Parents and their adolescents aged 12 to 18 years. Project: 2004/259 - The relationship between parent/adolescent internalising disorders and cognitive/emotional functioning Background of the study: We are looking at how adolescents' temperament, perception of family environment/parenting and thinking and feeling styles are related to each other. Parents of any age/experience and their adolescents are encouraged to participate. The aim is to improve our understanding of adolescents' and parents' well-being and expand on the knowledge of family systems. What parents and adolescents are expected to do: The adolescent will complete a number of questionnaires, which take about 45 minutes. Parents will fill out three questionnaires, which take about 5-10 minutes. The questionnaires will be sent to your home.
