WHAM (Wellbeing Happens At Monash)

On Thursday 22 September, the vice-chancellor will launch WHAM (Wellbeing Happens at Monash).

The program will kick off with a breakfast at the Clayton campus, and various activities at other Monash campuses.  To register for the breakfast, or for information on activities at other Monash campuses, go to the website at http://www.adm.monash.edu.au/ohse/wellbeing/wellbeinginitiatives.htm.

The Monash 10,000 Steps Challenge will involve teams of 10 people, which can include Monash staff, their family and friends, and students. Teams will be led by a team captain over five weeks, to cover a virtual walk from Sunny Port Douglas to Beautiful Hobart from the 25th September to the 30th October. A fee of $10 per person will apply and will include a showbag.
