Feedback sought on 'Requirements Document' for email, calendar review

Requirements provided by staff to the ITS review of workgroup and collaboration services have now being consolidated into a draft general requirements document. This document is available for staff to review at http://www.its.monash.edu.au/projects/wcr/ until September 9, 2005.

At the end of the review period the requirements document will be updated based on staff feedback and then used as the basis for soliciting potential IT solutions.

As all staff use these services, and will be impacted by the outcome of this review, you are encouraged to take the opportunity to comment on the draft requirements document.
