Vice-chancellor's Equity and Diversity Awards 2005

The vice chancellor, in conjunction with the Equity and Diversity Centre, seeks to acknowledge and recognise those who have made a significant contribution to the enhancement of equity and diversity principles linked to the Monash Excellence and Diversity Strategic Framework 2004-2008.

The Equity and Diversity Awards are open to individual staff members, departments, committees and/or other identifiable groups at Monash University. Presentations will be made annually for service and achievement in the areas of student equity, disability, equal opportunity, women's leadership, Indigenous Australians, and work/life advancement.

Awards will be presented to a total value of $10,000 along with several certificates of commendation. Equity and Diversity Centre staff are available to provide further information and advice on your proposals.
