Monash University's Berwick Animation Symposium

Monash University 's Berwick campus will host an animation symposium

When: Wednesday 7 September, 2 -- 7 pm
Where: Berwick campus

The symposium comprises a panel session in which Monash academics will present their recent work on animation. The academic papers will be followed by a discussion forum with prominent Australian women animators: Anne Jolliffe (Australia's first woman animator) and Antoinette Starkiewicz, who will screen and discuss their work.

The symposium will conclude with the launch of Dr Marian Quigley's new title, Women Do Animate: Interviews with Ten Australian Women Animators.

This free event is open to students, staff and other interested parties.

This event is co-hosted by the Faculty of Arts, the Faculty of Information Technology's and Monash's Berwick Campus.
