Monash University Sustainability Forum

Guest speaker: Mr Rob Skinner, recently appointed chief executive officer of Melbourne Water.

Mr Skinner was appointed chief executive officer of Melbourne Water in February 2005. Prior to joining Melbourne Water, he was chief executive officer of Kingston City Council for 10 years, and held a number of senior positions including general manager Water Services with Melbourne Water, chief executive officer of Dandenong Valley and Western Port Authority, manager of Parliament and Government in the Department of Premier and Cabinet and chief executive of the Coode Island Review Panel.

This forum is part of a series of monthly forums co-hosted by the Monash Environment Institute, Monash Environmental Alumni, the School of Geography and Environmental Science and associated graduate students.

The series features prominent speakers, provides opportunities for discussion, debate and social and professional networking between all students, staff and alumni with an interest in environment and sustainability.
