Facilitator required for the Vice-Chancellor's Ancora Imparo Student Leadership Program

Monash academic staff are invited to apply for the position of Facilitator for the Vice-Chancellor's Ancora Imparo/Student Leadership Program.

The Program Steering Committee wishes to appoint a staff member to facilitate a three-day residential seminar and eight two-hour monthly seminars on Tuesday evenings. These sessions will involve theoretical and case study components, discussions, debates and seminars on leadership themes. In the initial stages of program implementation, the facilitator will also contribute to the development of the curriculum.

The applicant should have considerable competence at facilitating and be committed to the objectives of the program. The role will provide an excellent professional development opportunity.
