Vice-Chancellor's Showcase of Teaching Excellence 2007
The Vice-Chancellor's Showcase of Teaching Excellence was held on Friday 28 September at the Caulfield Campus. This year saw over 120 people participate, with two keynote and twenty other presentations.

     
 

Nobel Laureate appointed Patron - Monash Centre for Synchrotron Science
Professor Barry Marshall AC and Nobel Laureate has been appointed Patron of the Monash Centre for Synchrotron Science.

Moo-ving forward in the search for cures for malaria
Monash University scientists have found a striking resemblance between human malaria and an infection in cows called babesiosis (or tick fever), which may shed new light on the prevention and treatment of malaria in humans.

     
 

Monash Annual Indonesia Lecture focuses on hope
The recent Monash University Annual Indonesia Lecture Series -- 10 Years of Political Reform in Indonesia: Reasons for Hope -- saw a packed auditorium addressed by expert speakers from within Australia and abroad.
