Donors to Jewish studies centre honoured
Monash has hosted a series of dinner and lunch-time functions to recognise the valued generosity of major donors to the Australian Centre for the Study of Jewish Civilisation.

Lecturer awarded Humboldt Research Fellowship
A Monash psychology lecturer will conduct research at the Free University, Berlin -- the German capital's largest university -- after being awarded a Humboldt Research Fellowship.

     
 

Masters candidate to exhibit in New York
A $10,000 art prize from Toyota will enable Monash fine arts masters candidate Ms Ruth Allen to exhibit in a leading New York art gallery next year.

Campus security boosted with new program
Security Help Points will be trialled at the Clayton campus later this year, one of the first initiatives to arise from the university's Campus Watch program.

     
 

Women's Day celebrated at Monash South Africa
Monash South Africa staff celebrated Women's Day on Friday 25 August at what is to become an annual event on campus during the month of August. The day is celebrated nationally in South Africa on 9 September.
