Multimodal Kidney Image Analysis Project - xGlom Tool

The Multimodal Kidney Image Analysis Project xGlom tool, is aimed to enable high-throughput, multi-modal, multi-resolution characterisation of ex-vivo animal model kidneys, by assembling and integrating digital volumetric data from nanoscopic, microscopic and mesascopic imaging instruments.
