Craig Hassed will be visiting the Peninsula campus on Tuesday 21 Feburary 11 am to 1 pm to present his highly successful and sought after Mindfulness@Monash program. The presentation will be held in A1.17.
Mindfulness@Monash is an initiative which has been gathering momentum over a number of years now. For the first time, in 2012 Dr Craig Hassed from the Monash Department of General Practice has been engaged by the University on Tuesdays and Fridays to extend mindfulness work for staff.
As part of the Mindfulness@Monash initiative and in conjunction with Health and Wellbeing, Craig will be visiting each of the Monash campuses early in 2012. On these days he will be giving a lunchtime presentation on mindfulness and its application to health, wellbeing and performance.
Following this, Craig will be available to meet with interested parties on Campus to discuss the potential for developing and/or implementing mindfulness initiatives. Those unable to make these presentations or meeting times are warmly invited to contact Craig any time to discuss your interest and ideas.
Craig can be contacted by email (craig.hassed@monash.edu) or by phone (990 53156 on Tuesdays and Thursdays or 990 24482 on Mondays and Wednesdays).
Spaces are limited so bookings are esential to the HUB on extn 44223.
