MUSO Allocate+ Integration

You can now choose to import Allocate+ activities as columns into your MUSO Gradebook. This is an opt in system, meaning that only the activities you select will be included in your section gradebook. This facility is available to all users with a role of Section Instructors or Designer and above.

The process is managed via MUSO Manger, accesible via the my units tab in your my.monash portal. To Access MUSO Manager, log into your my.monash portal, click on your my units tab and select the MUSO Manager link from the left hand menu. This will take you to your my online units page, as shown in Figure 1.

Locate the unit you wish to add Allocate+ activities to and click on the Manage Allocate+ link to the far right of the section name.

If there are no Allocate+ activities available for the units linked to the section you will see a message advising you that there are no Allocate+ activities available.

Otherwise you will see a list of the activites you can link along with a check box to the right of each activity. Check the activities you wish to link and click Save Changes.

If you wish to change the your selections, click the cancel button. Once you are happy with your changes, you can click the confirm button.

Once you have confirmed your changes you can then return to MUSO Manager and link additional Allocate+ activities to other sections if you wish.

Note that your changes Allocate+ activities may take up to 24 hours to appear in your section gradebook.
