Supporting students through the transition to Blackboard

Between Wednesday 21 and Monday 26 November 2007 MUSO was shut down to allow for the upgrade to Blackboard.

MUSO previously referred to the Learning Management System WebCT Vista 3.
WebCT Vista 3 has been upgraded to the latest version, Blackboard (Vista 4).
MUSO now refers to a collection of online learning tools, including Blackboard and Interlearn.
Blackboard is now one of the tools under Monash University Studies Online
Users will no longer be albe to login through http://muso.monash.edu.au.
- There will be a single sign on point for all learning systems through the my.monash portal (http://my.monash.edu.au).
- Users attempting to login through http://muso.monash.edu.au will be automatically re-directed to the correct login page.
- Users will no longer need to seperately log-in to the my.monash portal and MUSO.

Put simply, what you used to call MUSO is now called Blackboard.

Select the MUSO learning system you want to access
(Most users will select Blackboard which has replaced the previous MUSO)

Quick guides have been developed for students and more detailed guides and online videos are currently being created.
