Blackboard Video Guide to Submitting Your Assignment

MUSO Support has created an online video to demonstrate the submission of assignments in Blackboard. This video is free to use and may be distributed freely within Monash University.

Please take a minute to read the following information.

There are 2 versions on this website. The first link is a flash file which you can access simply by clicking on it. This version does require that Adobe Flash is installed which can be downloaded by clicking here (opens in a new window).

The second file is an executable file which, after you have downloaded, can be played without an internet connection and does not require flash any additional software. If you cannot view the flash version, please try the .exe version. Please note that the .exe version will only work on PC's (ie not on Mac or Linux)

Note: This video runs for 6 minutes, 10 seconds

Both Version 1 and Version 2 are identical in content, however are in different formats. This is to try to ensure that the video will work on as many computers as possible. If either version does not work please try the other version

Version 1 - Flash file

Note: This version does require that Adobe Flash is installed which can be downloaded by clicking here (opens in a new window). Also, Javascript must be enabled.

Version 2 - Stand alone executable file (.exe) - Windows Only

Important note if using version 2

After the file has been downloaded double click on the file "Assign_Submit.exe" and the video will automatically play.

To download the .exe file, right click on the link and select "Save Target As". Save the file to your desktop or somewhere you will be able to find it.

Once it has downloaded, double click on the file "Assign_Submit.exe". If you have saved it to your desktop and you cannot find it, the icon should look like this:

Windows may give you some warnings when trying to run the .exe file such as the one below:

Click the "Run" button and the video will start automatically.
