New Discussion Icon Remains - Known Issue

Problem

After reading discussion messages within Blackboard, messages that have been read still display the new message icon in the Course Tools list and on the Course List.

Resolution

The vendor (Blackboard) has been made aware of the problem and is working towards a resolution.

Workaround

There is no workaround available.
