MUSO Support Common Problems - Moodle PDF Download

Problem

Some students have reported a problem downloading PDF files in Moodle when using the Mozilla Firefox browser. This problem should not occur with Microsoft Internet Explorer (see File Downloads issue for more on this).

We are recommending that students use the Firefox PDF Download add-on which can be downloaded from:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/636

Click the Add to Firefox button and follow the instructions in order to install the add-on.

Once this has been installed you will have the ability or either view or save PDF files that you have clicked on.
