Cannot open PDF Files on campus - Students

Problem:

A few students have been experiencing difficulties in the ITS labs in accessing Adobe Acrobat.

They recieve several errors (caching error, etc) and Acrobat won't even load.

ITS has informed us that this problem is caused by some student Novell accounts not correctly mapping your student U: drive, which is leading to problems loading up the Acrobat reader.

Resolution:

Students experiencing this problem need to contact the IT Service desk and ask them to fix your novell account so that Adobe Acrobat loads properly.
