MUSO Support - Blackboard Missing Units

There are several reasons why you may not have access to a Blackboard site:

After enrolling in a subject it takes up to 72 hours to gain access to the Blackboard site. Please note that this access is automatic and you do not need to request access.
Not all subjects have Blackboard sites. If you are not sure if your subject is using Blackboard you should consult with your lecturer.
If you are correctly enrolled in a subject for more than 72 hours and there is a Blackboard site for your subject that you cannot access, there may be a problem with Blackboard.

If you have been enrolled for more than 72 hours and your lecturer says that they have a Blackboard site for the subject, please contact us and we will check why you do not have access to the Blackboard site.
