Integrating Allocate+ into Blackboard
You can now choose to import Allocate+ activities as columns into your Blackboard Gradebook. This is an opt in system, meaning that only the activities you select will be included in your section gradebook. This facility is available to all users with a role of Lecturer and above.
The process is managed via Blackboard Manger, accesible via the link in your my.monash portal. To Access Blackboard Manager, log into your my.monash portal and select the Blackboard Manager link from the left hand menu and navigate to the section that you want to enable allocate plus.
Locate the unit you wish to add Allocate+ activities to and click on the Allocate+ link, located under "Section utilities".
If there are no Allocate+ activities available for the units linked to the section you will see a message advising you that there are no Allocate+ activities available.
Otherwise you will see a list of the activites you can link along with a check box to the right of each activity. Check the activities you wish to link and click Save Changes.
If you wish to change the your selections, click the cancel button. Once you are happy with your changes, you can click the Save Changes button.
Once you have confirmed your changes you can then return to Blackboard Manager and link additional Allocate+ activities to other sections if you wish.
