Public Files Folder in Sections

Symptoms

A folder called "Public Files" appears in the File Manager of all sections

This folder is used to store a "course preview page", a feature not currently in use at Monash University.

Resolution

Users may remove the folder if they desire. This has no impact on users and leaving it "as-is" has no negative side effect.

Workaround

No workaround is available, although the folder may be removed if desired
