Notes tool (H) hidden icon

Symptoms

The Notes tool located in Instructor Tools, displays the hidden (H) icon when the tool is set to display.  This is misleading as students are able to see the tool and record notes.

Severity

Minor

May affect teaching staff or students and will not cause an interruption to normal business activities.

User roles affected

Lecturer (Teach tab)

Resolution

Please be aware that the notes tool may be available to students even though on the Teach Tab the (H) icon may indicate it is hidden.
