Local content tool fails for some users
Symptoms
After configuring a section to provide access to content on an external or local drive, nothing happens when you click on the link to access the content.

Low
You may not be able to provide students with local content, which may be too large for slow internet connections.

Resolution
The vendor is aware of the problem.
Workaround
If the only issue is the 500MB upload limit and you can upload the content to a web site and link to it within Blackboard.
