In the Blackboard Help tool, the top frame may display the "Unexpected System Exception" error message. The functionality of the help tool is not affected

The vendor has a resolution for the problem and has scheduled it for a future release.
Workaround
Close the help window.
Select the help link again.
It will now open without the error message appearing
