Gradebook Export Functionality

Symptoms

The functionality available in Vista 3 to export the gradebook or raw tracking data at course level does not always appear as expected.

You must have Unit Administrator and Unit Designer access to see this feature but it may take some time to display (involving repeated clicks in the Course level link in the navigation)

Severity

Moderate - May affect teaching staff or students and cause interruption to normal business activities.

User Roles Affected

School/Department Administrator, Faculty Administrator

Resolution

The vendor is aware of this problem and no resolution is currently available

Workaround

The vendor has not provided a workaround for this issue however some users have reported that visiting the Content Manager tab then returning to the Administration tab does allow the two links to appear.
