Symptoms

Sort order in the Blackboard course list is incorrect by default.

The vendor is working on a resolution to the problem

Workaround

• Click the pencil icon in the top-right hand corner of the course list box.
• Click the 'Restore Defaults' button.
• Click OK and the correct sort order will be restored.
