The Monash University Collection represents a leading overview of contemporary Australian art. Presenting a selection of recent acquisitions the exhibition will include works by Donna Bailey, Angela Brennan, Christian Capurro, Mutlu Çerkez, Destiny Deacon And Virginia Fraser, Kumpaya Girgirba, Mira Gojak, Siri Hayes, Eliza Hutchison, David Jolly, James Lynch, Nick Mangan, Gabriella Mangano and Silvana Mangano, Tim Mcmonagle, Arlo Mountford, Clinton Nain, Tom Nicholson, Dennis Nona, Robert Owen, Dada Samson, Daniel Von Sturmer and Michelle Ussher.

Daniel von Sturmer, Siri Hayes and Arlo Mountford will discuss their work in the current exhibition Monash University Collection: A Selection of Recent Acquisitions with exhibition curator Geraldine Barlow and education officer Kate Barber. Addressing the inspiration behind their artwork; key themes and ideas; use of media, process and technique, and their professional practice, the discussion is an opportunity to hear first hand from three leading emerging and established contemporary artists.
