Application process

To apply for admission to Monash College in Singapore please follow these steps:

Step 1
Download and complete the Monash College Application Form

Step 2
Ensure you have the following information:

• certified academic transcripts
• evidence of English language proficiency
• application for credit transfer (if appropriate)
• application fee: S$160.50 (bank draft or telegraphic transfer)
• International student administrative fees: S$577.50 bank draft, nets, cheque or cash)

Step 3

Step 4
If your application is successful, you will be sent an offer package* including:

• a letter of offer
• acceptance documents
• offer documentation
• documents to apply for a Student visa pass to study in Singapore

Step 5
Send the following documents to TMC Educational Group:

• Full payment of the tuition fee for your nominated course must be received prior to commencement of the trimester
• completed documentation required for acceptance of offer
• completed documentation as required for processing of the student visa pass by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority

Step 6
All the documents will be vetted and sent together to Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

Please note:

• processing time is about 2 – 6 weeks upon receipt of application by ICA. In some cases, ICA may require longer processing time depending on the case of each application
• The school will be notified of the outcome by post

Step 7
If your student visa pass has been approved Monash College will issue an information package including:

• a welcome letter
• a Confirmation of Enrolment Form
• start and orientation dates

Step 8

• Arrange your own travel and student visa
• Inform Monash College of your accommodation plans

Step 9
Once you arrive at Monash College in Singapore, you’ll be assisted through the process of registration, enrolment and familiarisation with the College.

NOTES:

* Students who submit an incomplete application may be awarded a conditional offer from Monash College. These students will be required to forward the information or supporting documents missing from their original application. Monash will reassess the application and successful students will be awarded a full offer.
