Daguerre's is a funky cafe/restaurant in the heart of Chapel street serving some of the best in modern Australian cafe cuisine with uplifting house tunes and great service. Daguerre was the inventor of the 'Daguerrotype', a late 1800's method of capturing images on a copper plate. This inspired the modern camera. Daguerre's Cafe presents monthly photographic exhibitions by local artists.
