How to book

Management seeks to balance the needs between University use, community use and artistic programming with equity and sensitivity. Use of the venues is first offered to University departments and faculties. Six weeks later, booking opportunities are offered to external clients. This is usually done in July and August respectively each year.

Sometimes a dynamic tension arises when different users are competing for dates, and heightened if revenue generation is at stake. Revenue increases the availability of resources, which in turn benefits University users and artistic programming. Decisions are made carefully on a case by case basis.
