7.13 Distribution of thesis copies after final ratification

After the examination process is concluded copies of the thesis are distributed as follows:

• one copy to the University Library;
• one copy to the candidate;
• one copy to the academic unit; and
• one copy to the main supervisor.

Candidates enrolled in Joint Award Programs will also have to meet requirements for copies at the partner institution.
