General Information about the Store

The Monash University Merchandise website provides an easy-to-use and secure virtual shopfront for purchasing Monash Logo products. Listed on this website you will find a wide range of products including several lines of clothing and apparel.

How to Purchase Products

To purchase a product, click on the "Add to shopping cart" link displayed underneath the product details.

Clothing items are available in different sizes and colours. A series of checkboxes are displayed on these pages instead of a single "Add to shopping cart" link. Click the checkboxes that indicate which size and colour you wish to purchase and then click the "Add to shopping cart" button. Note that you can make multiple selections by clicking more than one checkbox.

When you click the "Add to shopping cart" or "View Cart" links you will be shown the contents of your shopping cart. From this page you can change quanitities, remove items or empty the cart completely.

How to Pay for Products

When you have added the products you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart click on the yellow Proceed with Order button underneath the Shopping Cart listing. After entering your details, address, method of payment and any additional instructions on the Order Details page click the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the page to complete the ordering process.

Once your order has been verified you will be shown an Order Confirmation screen. Please make a note of your Order Reference Number. This number will be needed if you wish to make enquiries about the status of your order.
