Monash Merchandise Web Payment, Billing & Order queries

• Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Check latest currency conversion exchange rates.
• To avoid disappointment, please check to ensure you entered the number and expiration date and that the billing name and address match your credit card exactly.
• Occasionally, high demand will cause us to run out of certain items. If you have ordered several items and any one of them is out of stock, we include this information on the tax invoice enclosed with your delivery, but your credit card will not be charged for goods not sent. If a single item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you by e-mail.
• Orders placed before 2.00pm Monday to Friday will be processed same day. Deliveries are made between Mondays and Fridays (holidays excepted) and goods will be delivered within five working days for Australia and ten working days internationally.
• Goods are dispatched by Australia Post in Australia and DHL internationally

Returns and Exchange

• Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or a refund given upon receipt of returned goods.
• Should you have purchased the wrong item, provided it is in as new condition, you should return it with your original tax invoice and we will exchange it for the correct item.

• On line refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
• We will only refund shipping charges if the goods are faulty or the incorrect item was sent.
