Can the students share a room?
Generally no, students must have their own bedroom, as they need their personal space and privacy. If your students request to share a room, please consult Homestay Accommodation Services.
What is the average age of the students who go into homestay?
Most students are university students, however Homestay Accommodation Services caters for all ages from Primary to mature age students.
How long do students generally stay for?
Our students may be from group programs or may be individual students wanting to study in Australia. Individual students must stay for a minimum of five weeks, and may stay up to a few years. Group program students may vary from two weeks to four months.
Which countries are the students from?
Students coming to study in Australia are from a number of countries in particular Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, Thailand and Korea.
