What if I could not view the Online Student Application System?

If you have problem in viewing the online student application system, please email us and we will advise you as soon as possible.

Why do I need to have an email address?

In order to use the online form you need an email address so that we can email you a summary of your information and confirmation that we have received your application.

How long is the Online Student Application Form?

The student application form should take 10-15 minutes to complete.

What is the process for submitting the Online Student Application Form?

Before you can start filling in the online form, you will be asked to read and accept the Homestay Terms and Conditions. Once you accept these Terms and Conditions, you can start to key in your personal details. When you have completed the form, click on the 'Submit Application' button.

What if I do not agree to the Terms and Conditions?

We cannot process your application until you agree to our Terms and Conditions. If you have any further queries please email has@mcpl.monash.edu.au

Will the information I am submitting be kept confidential?

Yes it will be. For more information on our compliance with the Privacy Act, please read our Privacy Policy.

What if I require more information about Homestay?

What happens if I submit my form and do not get any response?

If you do not receive an immediate confirmation response from us after you have submitted your application, email has@mcpl.monash.edu.au to find out if we have received your application.

What if my internet connection was disrupted while I was filling out my online application form?

You will need to fill out your form again and resubmit your application.
