Monash University Venues are in demand and at particular times of the year there is more interest than available space in the venues.

The Calender for each coming year opens in July or August the previous year. Existing clients will be asked to submit their preferences for dates in the coming year and events will scheduled by the theatre staff and dates offered to clients.

Bookings can be made through-out the year so please don’t hesitate to contact us with your date enquiry.

Once you have been offered dates in the venues, you will have an event estimate, contracts and event ticketing information forms sent to you and your event coordinator will guide you through the process of presenting your event with us.

Monash University Academy of Performing Arts Venues are managed by professionals staff and ticketing, marketing, production and front of house services will be built into your event package.
