Use your daily rhythm preferences patterns

Experiment with better ways to use your maximum concentration levels.

So what are your preferences? Do these vary with each season?

  • We all have different peak performance times. Determine and distinguish between your concentration times and your creative times, they may overlap which is terrific.
  • When you are planning your study activities, try to do the subjects you find hardest or most demanding at your peak concentration and when you're most alert.
  • Plan to do the tasks that require less thinking capacity and more physical energy in your low peak concentration times.
  • For creative and original ideas and thinking, try to do this when you are at your peak creative thinking time.
I get a lot of my creative ideas in the morning in that fuzzy space between wakefulness and dreaming and so I keep a notebook nearby to record any ideas I've had once I've woken-up.
