When are you most alert and focused? Is your concentration high, medium or low at different times of the day? When are you most tired?

Not sure? Then try to keep notes during the day over a period of a few days.

You can also think about when you get your most creative ideas. Is your creativity high, medium or low at these different times of the day? Try to keep notes every second day for a week.
