Implementer: efficient, converts ideas into action. Completer (finisher): delivers targets on time, meticulous attention to detail. Co-ordinator: leads, sets goals, is decisive, delegates tasks.
Team worker: diplomatic, co-operates, listens and averts friction.
Resource investigator: loves to explore opportunities, make contacts and find resources.
Plant: creative ideas generator, imaginative.
Monitor-evaluator: strategic and evaluates and gives discerning judgment, networking, enthusiastic communicator.
Specialist: focused, self-motivator, dedicated, tends to have exquisite specialised skills.
