Can I see my lecturer face-to-face?Nature of off-campus studyOff-campus learning is generally expected to occur at a distance, unless there are weekend schools scheduled for your subject. This means you would generally not be expected to see your lecturer face-to-face. Scheduling an appointmentIf you would like to visit the campus, you should contact your lecturer first to see if it is possible to arrange an appointment. Other options, such as seeing if there is a discussion board in MUSO for students to ask questions, are available. See Can I ask my lecturer to have a look at a draft? Although your lecturer and tutor may not be on campus every day of the week, they often set aside certain times during the week for student contact. Check the contact information in your Unit Guide. It is usually better to email or leave a phone message than to just turn up on campus without an appointment. Download a printable version of this page. Problems? Questions? Comments?
