Includes full instructions for photocopying, printing and scanning in the library
To print or copy in the library, you require a Monash student identity card or a Monash library copy/print card. Library printing uses a different system to the online print credit system used in the Monash computer laboratories.
Scanning can be done for free using the photocopiers at each library but note that scanning as well as photocopying in the library is subject to Copyright law.
From 2012, all printers in the libraries print duplex by default. Students can manually change settings to single sided if required. The Library encourages students to use duplex printing wherever possible to save paper.
Standard printing, copying, scanning are available at all libraries. Colour printing and copying is only available at Sir Louis Matheson, Caulfield, Berwick and Hargrave-Andrew Libraries. Using a colour photocopier will incur the full cost even if your document contains no colour.
