Includes full instructions for photocopying, printing and scanning in the library

To print or copy in the library, you require a Monash student identity card or a Monash library copy/print card. Library printing uses a different system to the online print credit system used in the Monash computer laboratories.

Scanning can be done for free using the photocopiers at each library but note that scanning as well as photocopying in the library is subject to Copyright law.

Payment

Use your Monash ID card or a rechargeable Monash copy/print card.

Reusable copy/print cards can be purchased from the card cashier machine in the library for $2. This is the purchase price of the card, and you must add value to it to begin using it.

Add value to a card at the card cashier machine/s in the library. The machine accepts coins (10c and higher) and notes of all denominations but does not provide change. Add value to the card as it is needed, because unused value on a card cannot be refunded.

Lost or damaged cards

Write your name on your copy/print card so that it may be returned to you if found. Report damaged cards to the information point.
