If you don't have a card

Bendigo Health Library is independent of Monash University Library and the two library services work in cooperation. In addition to hospital staff, the library contributes to the learning, teaching and research activities of Monash staff and MBBS students based at the Bendigo Regional Clinical School.

Borrowing from Bendigo Health Library

Site-based Monash staff, honoraries and MBBS students can borrow from this library. To borrow you need a current Monash University staff or student ID card and to register at the desk before borrowing.

Within the Bendigo Health Library collection there are some Monash University Library books that have been placed there for Monash student use. They can be found in Search, but are not available for intercampus loan. Bendigo Health Library has its own collection and loans system, which means that the loan status (ie availability) shown in Search may not be accurate and the item may not be available on the shelves.

If you are an MBBS student based at Bendigo, you can request books and audiovisual material from branch libraries to be sent to the Bendigo Health library for collection, through Search.
