Gippsland Library’s upper floor was redeveloped to support personal study, peer collaboration and student-library staff interaction in the new space. The redevelopment was funded by the eEducation Centre and the Library.
The group study space on the upper level of the Gippsland Library celebrates light and space.
Smart boards and glass writing panels are provided to facilitate group work by students.
Group work can be facilitated by using a glass writing panel in the group study space.
Booth-style seating allows group work on study projects including presentations.

A learning skills adviser uses a smart board in discussion with students in the group study space.
Floor-based power points are provided for laptop users.
