Doctorate Regulations and the Masters Degree by Research (General) Regulations

Below are the Doctorate Regulations and the Masters Degree by Research (General) Regulations as they existed on 27 March 2011. These regulations apply to all processes for confirmation or termination of candidature commenced on or before 27 March 2011.

Statute 4.1 - Discipline

Below is a copy of Statute 4.1 - Discipline as it existed on 22 July 2012. All discipline proceedings commenced on or before 22 July 2012 must be managed and completed in accordance with this Statute. A discipline process commences when a report of misconduct is made.

Statute 4.1 - Discipline was replaced by Statute 4.1 - Student Discipline on 23 July 2012. All discipline proceedings commenced on or after 23 July 2012 must be managed and completed in accordance with this new Statute.
