Coming to Monash as an exchange or study abroad student

Studying at Monash for:

  • Exchange students: students from universities with exchange partner agreements with Monash.
  • Study abroad students: students from other universities who want to spend one or two semesters at Monash as a fee-paying student.
  • Research students: students doing higher degrees by research can undertake short term research at Monash but must apply as visiting research students, not exchange or study abroad students.

You can work part-time (up to 20 hours per week) if you get an Australian student visa.
