Economic reform

Monash International Projects has a substantial track record and an extensive network of strategic partners in economic reform. Law and justice sector reform

Education and Training

Monash International Projects and the Faculty of Education actively tender for development assistance projects in the education sector.

In the higher education sector, Monash has extensive project expertise in university planning and management, teaching, research, and curriculum development. Past project experience includes the Thai Australia Science and Engineering Assistance Project (TASEAP) which involved more than 300 person months of Australian consultants and more than 150 Thai academic fellows visiting Australia.

Gender and development

MIP has managed gender and equity capacity building projects, including:

  • Supporting the Preparation of the Law on Gender Equality, Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Vietnam
  • Support for the Komnas Perempuan (Indonesia's national commission on violence against women) and other counterpart agencies to develop their strategic planning process
  • Gender mainstreaming training for the Fijian Ministry of Women, social welfare and poverty alleviation
