4. STUDENT ADMINISTRATION COMPLIANCE CHECKLIST
Records of students are kept which includes their current residential address as supplied by the student and the following
- the amount of course money the student has paid (full amount or part of the course and for how long)
- copies of any written agreements between the provider and the student
- any amounts that become payable by the student and have not been paid

These records are kept for 2 years after the student ceases to be a student |
Students are advised in writing at the beginning of their course of their obligation to advise the provider of any changes of their contact details |
Arrangements are in place for the collection of course fees for international students enrolled with Monash University |
Arrangements are in place for the refund of course fees for international students enrolled with Monash University |
