Not give inaccurate advice as to acceptance into another course

Monash University has a clearly enunciated policy for the promotion, marketing and delivery of its education services

DEST is notified within 14 days of the prescribed details for each accepted student

STUDENT RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT
Recruitment of students is conducted in an ethical and responsible manner
Students' qualifications and proficiencies must be assessed by a suitably qualified person
Offers of course placement must be based on these assessments and ensure that the students have the appropriate qualifications and proficiencies to undertake the course.
Course placement offers provide information on English language requirements and/or recommended bridging courses (if necessary)
Evidence has been obtained that the provider has obtained evidence that the assessments of intending students' English language proficiency have been carried out, unless this is clearly not relevant. A suitably qualified person has done the assessment
The registered provider does not accept or continue to accept students recruited by an agent engaged in dishonest practices
WRITTEN MATERIALS
The provider - name and CRICOS number - must be identified on written materials including those in electronic form
If another provider provides a course under arrangement, permission must be obtained to advertise course and must identify provider and CRICOS number in advertising material
