The maximum number of overseas students must be specified on CRICOS having regard to the capacity of the provider and the number of other students enrolled (NC 13.13)
Where training is delivered in shifts, the number of shifts are to be approved (NC 13.13)
Premises may be used up to a maximum of 14 hours per day for education and training of overseas students (NC 13.3)
